Firefly is the right pick if your team already lives in Creative Cloud. It hands off to Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop and licenses a long list of partner models, including Runway's. Look elsewhere if you want Gaussian splats, image-to-3D you can export to a game engine, or a node graph that is not an enterprise product. OTOY Studio covers all three on one canvas.
