# How to run Wan 2.2 Animate without a GPU

**How can I run Wan 2.2 Animate without a GPU or a local install?**

Wan 2.2 Animate has open weights, so you can run it yourself, but you need the hardware: the official single-GPU commands for the 14B Wan 2.2 models call for an 80GB GPU. Without a GPU, the simplest route is a hosted version. In OTOY Studio, Wan 2.2 Animate runs in the browser from 17 credits (€0.17) per run, with nothing to install, on the same canvas as 100+ other image, video and 3D models.

Alibaba's character animation model: it animates a character image with the motion from a driving video (Move), or replaces the person in a video with your character (Replace). The related Wan 2.2 VACE Fun model follows a pose sequence.
