This update improves refund handling for failed jobs and adds clearer error messages for content policy violations.

Error classification

Content policy rejections for some models now show as invalid input errors instead of generic failures. This makes it easier to distinguish between policy violations and technical issues. Timeouts during generation are also now properly categorized separately from other failures.
