Common questions

Credits are the currency you spend on AI generations in OTOY Studio. Every model run costs a certain number of credits, and costs vary by model and output type.

Your plan's credits are delivered monthly on both monthly and annual billing. Annual plans pay for the year upfront at the lower rate and receive the same monthly allocation. Unused credits are forfeited at each renewal unless you're on Pro or Ultra, where they roll over into a bank capped at 3x your monthly allocation: 30,000 credits on Pro, 60,000 on Ultra. Banked credits are spent first and never expire.

No download caps. Everything you generate is yours to export without restriction. The only limit is your credit balance, which controls how much you can generate. There are no watermarks on any paid tier.

Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, monthly or annual depending on your plan. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from the self-service Stripe billing portal. No cancellation fees.

You don't need to credit OTOY Studio when using outputs in your work. Your generations are yours to use freely in client deliverables, commercial projects, social content, or anywhere else, without adding a "Made with OTOY Studio" tag or similar.

Top-up credit packs are available on every tier, including Free, at a flat rate of 100 credits per euro. They never expire, survive plan changes and cancellation, and are drawn down only after your subscription credits run out. Your plan's discount applies to what each generation costs, not to the pack price: Essential takes 10% off every model run (15% on annual billing), Pro 15% (20%), and Ultra 20% (25%).

Yes. All outputs generated through OTOY Studio can be used in commercial work, including client deliverables, advertising, product visuals, and similar applications. You own what you make.

Yes. You can upgrade instantly at any time. The change takes effect immediately and any credit difference is applied to your account. If you downgrade, the change applies at the end of your current plan duration and your existing plan stays active until then.
