v3.43.0
The Director console now shows what’s cued versus passed over in the timeline, and the playlist displays when each tile’s turn will come. Media inputs that exceed size limits are now automatically compressed at run time.
Cued and passed-over directions
The history rail now distinguishes between directions that can still air and those the runner has passed over. A direction that lost a cut now reads “passed over” in a muted tone instead of falsely claiming to be “pending” forever. The composer lists how many directions are still cued and what your send mode will do to them—Replace drops them, Append sends yours after them.
Playlist tile timing
Each tile in the playlist now shows when it will fire relative to the current cut—“+18s”, “+36s”—calculated from its position in the loop and the cadence. Tiles out of the loop show no time, and the display updates as the loop advances. The next tile to fire shows “+0s” while the one currently on air is marked separately.
Input auto-compression
Media inputs that exceed provider size limits are now automatically compressed when you run a job. Videos over 50 MB and images over 20 MB are transcoded to fit within the limits before being sent to the model. Your job history keeps the original input URLs—compression happens only in the payload to the provider. The compressed copies are reused for repeat runs and cleaned up after 7 days.
