Moonvalley Marey alternatives and where to use Marey
Marey is Moonvalley's video model, trained only on licensed footage, which is why studios and agencies with strict legal review ask for it. You can use it in Moonvalley's own Marey app, which has the deepest director controls and no free plan, or through partners. OTOY Studio runs Marey Realism 1.5 as a node at 117 to 235 credits (€1.17 to €2.35) per clip, next to 49 other video models, and ComfyUI has it as a Partner Node. If licensed training data is the requirement, Adobe Firefly's own video model is the other main option.

Alternatives with a licensing story
- Adobe Firefly: Adobe's own Firefly Video model, which Adobe positions as safe for commercial use. Firefly also offers partner models that do not have the same training-data claim. See Adobe Firefly alternatives.
- Moonvalley itself: if your legal team signs off on a specific vendor, the Marey app gives you the most control over that model.
Using Marey in OTOY Studio
- Generate a reference image, or bring in a plate, then send it to Marey and to other video models side by side.
- Note that a canvas mixes models with different training data. For a project that must be licensed-data only, keep the video generation step on Marey and check the terms of any other model in the graph.

What the Marey app has that partners may not
