How to make an AI voiceover
How do I make a voiceover from a script with AI?
Paste the script into a text-to-speech model and pick a voice. OTOY Studio has ElevenLabs V3, Multilingual V2 and the faster, cheaper Flash models. The voice comes out as an audio file you can download, or connect directly to a video model that takes audio.
Models that do this
| Model | Maker | Pick it for | Takes | Credits per run |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Eleven V3 | ElevenLabs | ElevenLabs' most expressive model | Text prompt | 3 (from €0.03) |
| Eleven Multilingual V2 | ElevenLabs | Many languages | Text prompt | 3 (from €0.03) |
| Eleven Flash V2.5 | ElevenLabs | Fast and the cheapest per run | Text prompt | 1 (from €0.01) |
The lowest-cost option here is Eleven Flash V2.5, from 1 credits (€0.01) per run. Credits are OTOY Studio's currency: 1 credit = €0.01. Prices are list prices before plan discounts (paid plans take 10% to 25% off every run). Every model is on every plan, including Free.
How to do it in OTOY Studio
- Add an ElevenLabs node and paste the script.
- Choose a voice, or design one from a description with Eleven Voice Design.
- Run it and listen. Fix pronunciation by spelling words the way they sound.
- Connect the audio to a video model such as LTX 2.3 Audio to Video or Seedance, or download it.
