How to split an AI image into editable layers
How do I separate an AI-generated image into layers?
Use Seedream 5 Pro Layerize. It takes a finished image and splits it into separate layers, such as subject, background and text, that you can move, edit or animate on their own. You can then finish the layers in Photopea, which is built into OTOY Studio.

How to do it in OTOY Studio
- Connect your image, generated or uploaded, to a Seedream 5 Pro Layerize node.
- Run it. Each layer comes out as its own image.
- Open the layers in Photopea to retouch, or send single layers to video and 3D nodes.
